Return Policy

To be eligible for a return:

• The item was purchased in the last 14 days.

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need to provide the order confirmation number (proof of purchase), and a photo of the condition your books were received.

• To initiate a return contact us at info@sugarapplebooks.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package.

• Undamaged items signed with personalized notes cannot be refunded.

Damaged/Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if the wrong item is received.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow some time for the refund to process and post to your card or bank statements.
